At Carli, chocolate makers and pastry cooks have each their workshop but work together. It is the alliance of all the skills of chocolate makers, entremétiers, touriers, confectioners, ice-cream makers that make the magic of the creations Carli.

Our creations arise from historic recipes in the secret jealously kept as that of the "Armorican", or arise from the creativity of our artists-craftsmen who every week take time to express them ideas, to calibrate their techniques. At Carli we know how to take the risk of the creation because it is of multiple attempts which bring out the most beautiful realizations.
